The owners' home is next door, and the yard has animals - dogs, alpaca, sika deer, peacocks, and more. There is walking access to Tanque Verde washes for bird watching. It's close to 2 golf courses (49ers and the Arizona National). SHORT TERM RENTALOur 1-bedroom guest house is in the country, but less than 2-miles from 15 resturants, 3 grocery stores, 2 video rental shops, and 3 mail rooms.
